   Welcome and thank you for visiting! I'm Kimmie, CPT, CHHC and I am here to help you with your health and fitness goals. Whether that means losing weight, gaining muscle, improving your physical fitness, help with preparing healthy meals or trying to improve your relationship with food. I work 1-on-1 with all of my clients, in-person or virtually. 

   The approach I take with every client is different but two things remain constant: I recommend a consistent, balanced diet made up of mostly whole foods and consistent movement.  

   I have helped hundreds of clients over 15 years reach their goals and I'd love to help you too!
