Meet Kimmie Whitman
Hi, I’m Kimmie Whitman — nutritionist, personal trainer, former collegiate athlete, mom of three, and founder of Nutrition Kitchen & Body. With over 16 years of experience helping women create sustainable wellness habits, I specialize in helping busy moms over 40 feel strong, energized, and in control of their health again.

I know firsthand how hard it can be to juggle family, work, and self-care — which is why my coaching focuses on realistic, practical strategies that fit into your life (not the other way around).
