STAYING HEALTHY DURING THE HOLIDAY'S
It doesn't have to be hard.....

The Holiday's will be here before you know it. Here are 5 tips for you and your family to stay healthy during this fun season.
Eat mostly whole foods.
I like the 80/20 rule. 80% of the time you are eating real, whole, minimally processed foods.
Get in consistent movement.
Sitting is the new smoking, so get off your tush and get moving. If you have to be at a desk the majority of the day, stand, march or take scheduled walks around your home or office.
Get plenty of sleep.
7-8 hours each night is recommended. Limit caffeine 8 hours before, exercise 3 hours before and screens 1 hour before bedtime.
Stay hydrated.
It is recommended that you drink half of your bodyweight in ounces each day. If you exercise or sweat at all you need to drink more to replenish the water you lost.
Get social!
Social interaction is proven to increase your body's immune systems, reduce stress and improve your mood.
