We made it through the Holidays.......Whew!

A lot of my clients this year put their head down and tried to navigate the Holiday Season as best as they could. Whatever the challenge might have been, maybe long distance travel, extreme weather conditions, tense family dynamics, grieving the loss a loved one or no access to a gym to exercise, the holiday's can be a stressful time of year for many. So here are some tips for you to implement to reduce stress levels and get back on the "healthy train":)

Tips to reduce stress

  1. Prioritize your sleep. Aim for 7-8 hours.

  2. Drink plenty of water. Try for 1/2 of your bodyweight in ounces daily.

  3. Get back to your regular exercise routine.

  4. Cook healthy, home-cooked meals.

Now you don't have to do all of these at once. Maybe pick 1 or 2 a week to focus on until you start to feel like yourself again.

And as always if you need any outside help I'm here for you. There are several ways we can work together. Click the link below for more information.

Happy New Year,
